- Co-ordinate the advertising campaign, write copy and place in agreed publication and
on select websites
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all applications; rejecting those who do not meet the selection criteria and process suitable applications to next stage
- Telephone screen suitable candidates
- Face to face interview first short-list candidates against agreed competencies
- Assess numeracy and verbal reasoning of short-listed candidates
- Present a short-list of the most suitable candidates for you to interview
- Co-ordinate and confirm interviews and relay feedback
- Reject unsuccessful candidates
- Assist with offer negotiations
- Communicate regularly, provide updates, applicant feedback and identify any issues to be
addressed immediately
- Ensure that client company is presented in the best possible light at all times
