Depending on whether the assignment is contingency database search or retained advertised selection, we will:

  • Meet with you to take a detailed brief and gain a clear understanding of your business in order to ‘sell’ the company, role and opportunity in the best possible terms
  • Co-ordinate the advertising campaign, write copy and place in agreed publication and on select websites
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to all applications; rejecting those who do not meet the selection criteria and process suitable applications to next stage
  • Telephone screen suitable candidates
  • Face to face interview first short-list candidates against agreed competencies
  • Assess numeracy and verbal reasoning of short-listed candidates
  • Present a short-list of the most suitable candidates for you to interview
  • Co-ordinate and confirm interviews and relay feedback
  • Reject unsuccessful candidates
  • Assist with offer negotiations
  • Communicate regularly, provide updates, applicant feedback and identify any issues to be addressed immediately
  • Ensure that client company is presented in the best possible light at all times
